Hi, we’re Thom and Meggon McKinley, the husband and wife team behind McKinley Home Maintenance, LLC. Married for 35 years, we launched our business in 2017 with a shared passion for serving others and a deep respect for the homes where families live, grow, and make memories.

McKinley Home Maintenance is a small, family-run home maintenance, repair, and remodeling business built on honesty, reliability, and quality craftsmanship. We believe in doing what we say we will do, treating people with respect, and delivering high quality work at a fair price.

Thom’s passion for home repair and remodeling began during his years as a middle school math teacher working construction jobs each summer. That hands-on experience, along with remodeling our own hundred-year farmhouse, shaped his deep skill set and appreciation for quality work. Meg brings a background in finance and strategy, developed through a 25-year corporate career before transitioning into ministry. She manages the business side of things, and together, we ensure everything runs smoothly and our clients are well cared for.

Family is at the core of who we are. Our son and his wife are now raising three wonderful children, and our daughter and her fiancé are planning a beautiful future together – each carrying forward the values that mean so much to us.
